No. They were founded in January 2014, and have recently experienced its 5-year anniversary.
Does The Vice come with a warranty?
Yes. The Vice, along with all products they sell, is backed with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds/returns after a shipping container has been opened. And there is a partial refund if an order has been shipped, and returned to us unopened. They ship to all 195 countries across the globe and also provide free shipping (domestic and international) for all orders over $129 USD.
What Are Points And How Do I Use Them?
“The store rewards you with points almost every time you make a purchase. Each dollar you spend in the store earns you one point. These points can be redeemed on the shopping cart page or on the checkout page anytime within 18 months of the purchase. In order to earn points with your purchase, you must create a Locked in Lust® account and be logged into your account during checkout. Do you have any plans for new chastity devices?
Definitely! Customers like you have provided us with valuable feedback over the years, and we are implementing it directly into a new device. There is no ETA for the release of the game, but we are actively working on it!
Will You Ever Release A Solid Ring?
They are analyzing different ring designs for our next device, and we strongly consider a solid ring. At the moment, however, we have not finalized any designs.
Will You Ever Release A Metal Device?
Yes! We are planning on entering the Steel chastity device market after our next big chastity series is released.
What Makes The Vice™ Inescapable?
The Vice™’s security lies in the anti-pullout device. Anti-pullout tabs have a textured design that causes the skin to mold to them. Wearing the device for a long period causes the skin to mold to the design, making the device more secure. The device becomes impossible to remove after 2 days of continuous use. Will The Vice™ Fit Me?

Does The Vice™ cage ever split?
It is possible but extremely rare. The Vice cage walls are thicker and sonically welded together, unlike other cages that are thin and held together by glue. The cage is even more durable thanks to a unique welding technique developed by our manufacturer. There is very little chance of the cage breaking under normal use.
Are the parts for The Vice™ compatible with all the cage sizes (Mini/Plus/Standard)?
Yes. If you already own The Vice™ (any size), you can change out the cages as easily as any other piece without having to purchase a brand new set.
Does The Vice™ Plus/Mini include different sized rings/spacers than the Standard?
No. Aside from the cages, all parts and pieces for each size of The Vice™ will be identical and interchangeable.
Why did you choose a hinged ring as they tend to pinch?
The hinged ring was carefully selected as it’s easier to wear a tighter ring if desired. We have countered the pinching problem by curving the edges where the hinge meets and adding space between the two halves to prevent skin from getting caught.
What have you done to improve your hygiene?
The Vice™ allows for great hygienic care, mainly from the slots that house the anti-pullout device which allows easy access to provide a thorough cleaning without removal of the device. The ventilation holes and urination slots provide access to harder-to-reach places for a thorough cleaning.
I am a grower, and can shrink past the cage, how does The Vice™ counter this?
The Vice™ was designed entirely around this question. The anti-pullout has a textured pattern on the inside of the tabs which the skin molds to over time – the longer the device is worn, the more secure it becomes. The tabs also press gently/firmly against the penis which helps prevent “turtling”.
HELP the locking pin hole doesn’t align when the device is fully assembled!
The Vice™ was designed to have all of the parts assemble together and be very snug once completely installed. When assembling the padlock on the device, be sure to squeeze the cage and ring together to close any loose space within the assembly, and the padlock will easily be installed.
